We have already spoke of Brian Tracy and his ability to inspire, motivate, and educate through his writings. Two of his books that we have already spoke of are "Goals" and "Time Power." Tonight we want to introduce you to another "Victory." In this book, Tracy applies proven principles of military strategy to helping you achieve success in other phases of your life. It is a tremendous book and one that we have utilized in a variety of ways with our past teams. This will not be our only post from this book but we will start with these snippets:
"Your goal is not just to make a living, but also to make a great life. Your goal is to fulfill your potential as a person, in every area, and to become everything that you are capable of becoming over the course of your life and career. As the army recruiting posters says, 'Be all that you can be.' And to paraphrase famous Green Bay Packer coach Vince Lombardi, 'Winning is not a one-time thing: it's an all-the-time thing.'"
"The great mistake that most people make is not realizing one key point: The failure to commit to excellence, to victory leads by default to the subconscious acceptance of mediocrity and eventual defeat."
