Last spring I posted a blog of hearing Buzz Williams speak and his thoughts on what a good practice would "sound" like. He had some great thoughts about it and you can re-read the post at:

We spoke to our team about it last week and asked them to compile a list of what a good practice would sound like and here are some of their thoughts:
◄High fives being given
◄Coaches saying “good job”
◄Positive phrases from teammates like “good job” and “keep it up”
◄Hands clapping
◄Shoes squeeking
◄Constructive criticism from teammates
◄Hearing the net when we shoot free throws
◄Echo yells
◄Defensive talk “I got ball,” “I’ve got your help,” “
◄Coaches not repeating themselves
◄Leaders giving direction
◄Calling out who you are screening for
◄Calling out your cut
