Heard from Coach Eric Musselman that Coach Erik Spoelstra presented players with a vocabulary calendar and the book, The Energy Bus: 10 Rules to Fuel Your Life, Work and Team with Positive Energy. Spoelstra said he chose the book, authored by Jon Gordon, because the team could learn from the motivation principles. Needless to say, I'll be purchasing this book in the near future.
