One of my favorite writers is Pat Williams. He always seems to pick a great topic and and then give great insight and detail. His books are must reads for coaches, teachers and leaders. One of my favorites is "Daly Wisdom: Life Lessons From Dream Team Coach and Hall of Famer Chuck Daly."
I have long admired Coach Daly and his work but it greatly magnified with my friendship with Brendan Suhr who was a long-time assistant under Coach Daly. There's nothing more I enjoy then spending time with Brendan and talking basketball and the subject will always lead toward Coach Daly.
Here are just a few excepts from the book titled "Chuckisms" but I promise the book is worth purchasing.
