Leaders are learners. Today, life long learning is the minimum requirement for success in your field or any field. With knowledge and information double every three to five years, your personal knowledge about your field must be doubling every three to five years as well just t stay even.No one is better than you and no one is smarter than you. If someone is doing better than you at the moment, it is because they have learned and applied specialized knowledge and information faster than you have. And anything that anyone else has done, you can do as well. You just need to find out what it is.
