PATERNO ON PLAYERS' PERCEPTIONS


This came across Twitter from Eric Musselman last night and it is one of those things you can etch in stone. It is a necessary lesson for coaches to learn and then they must consider it in their actions and day to day treatment of your players and your team. It speaks to how we communicate to our players and language and terminology we use.
